Türkiye Sigorta’s recruitment strategies focus on hiring both young graduates and experienced candidates to gain a competitive advantage in the industry and have significant roles in the company’s future.
In order to place applicants in the right positions, each applicant who participates in our recruitment procedures is put through assessment tools that are differentiated and organized based on the qualities needed for the position. We always place a high value on assessing applicants in accordance with the equity principle, without sacrificing objective assessment criteria, by integrating various techniques to measure technical and behavioral abilities into our procedures in addition to competency-based interviews.
Career and Talent Management
To carry out career procedures in the most efficient manner, our company employs the “Career and Talent Management System” which we developed in integration with the modern world. This system allows us to adopt an employee-assisted viewpoint that is based on the company culture, assesses each employee’s technical and behavioral capabilities using measurable tools, finds future leaders, and establishes new goals with an emphasis on continuous improvement. With this viewpoint, we use skill and competency-based career maps to make sure our colleagues are in the proper position in both horizontal and vertical transfer processes, and we constantly monitor their progress by creating customized development activities to meet their requirements. We assess our future leaders in the talent and succession pool using our model integrated with the new generation performance system, and we use internal resources to support our management staff.
Management of Performance and Awards
As employees of Türkiye Sigorta, we successfully adopt the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology to effectively use the performance management system in order to achieve our strategic goals. By highlighting both their areas of strength and improvement, the OKR methodology helps all of our colleagues advance both personally and professionally. In addition to promoting organizational growth, we effectively and sustainably provide a framework that is aligned with the goals, and we use our online Human Resources system to track our goals, determined with our employees.

Working Conditions and Benefits
Hybrid Working System allows us to work from home on Monday and Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 8:30 and 17: 30).
