After your claim file is opened, your file number and, if an adjuster was appointed, name and surname as well as contact details of such adjuster, will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If any of the risks covered by the policy occurs, the insured or policy holder must report the claim to the company within 5 business days after being aware of the damage and must take any measure to reduce the damage as soon as it becomes aware of the damage by acting as if it is not the insured party.
In addition, it must provide the evidences to identify the reason of occurrence of damage as well as any information and document necessary for exercising the right of recourse to the insurer or its representatives authorized by the insurer without any delay, and must permit such persons to perform their own investigations and inspections on the things covered by the insurance as well as the associated documents. If there are any other insurance agreements for the covered risk, it must provide them to the insurer.
