Türkiye Sigorta's shareholding structure is based on a strong capital structure with Turkey Wealth Fund as the main shareholder. Türkiye Wealth Fund owns 81.10% of the company's shares and the remaining 18.90% of the shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul.
