Sustainability Communication Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş., we view sustainability as an integral part of our corporate strategy. Our Sustainability Communication Policy aims to communicate our sustainability goals, practices, and commitments to all stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner. This policy covers all of our stakeholders, including employees, customers, business partners, and investors.

2. SUSTAINABILTY APPROACH

As Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş., we place sustainability at the core of our long-term value creation process. In this regard:

Climate Action: We contribute to the fight against climate change by reducing our carbon footprint.

Operational Sustainability: We develop technology-driven and customer-centric insurance practices through sustainable strategies.

People and Society: We carry out projects that contribute to the social welfare of our employees, customers, and society.

As a company, we shape our sustainability practices in line with the Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

3. SUSTAINABILTY COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

As Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş., we manage our sustainability communication based on the following core principles:

Transparency and Accountability: We regularly share all our sustainability activities with our stakeholders and avoid greenwashing practices.

Inclusive Communication: We establish open communication channels with our stakeholders and integrate their feedback into our business processes.

Inclusivity and Equality: We adhere to principles of gender equality and inclusivity in all our communication and activities.

Engagement and Awareness: We conduct training and awareness campaigns to educate and raise awareness about sustainability among all our stakeholders, especially our employees and customers.

Technology and Digitalization: We effectively use digital platforms to strengthen our sustainability communication.

4. CORE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES

As Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş., the principles we adopt in sustainability communication are as follows:

Regularly report our progress, goals, and performance indicators in the field of sustainability in accordance with the Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS).

Conduct our branding and marketing activities in line with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.

Announce our sustainability strategy publicly and keep our stakeholders informed.

Organize training programs to increase the sustainability awareness and capacity of our employees and business partners.

Contribute to society through participation in social responsibility projects.

Support projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the fight against climate change.

Use materials sourced from sustainable, recyclable resources.

Work with business partners who comply with sustainability criteria in our supply chain.

Strengthen our sustainability communication through social media, corporate websites, and integrated activity reports.

Systematically manage complaints and requests, and update based on feedback from customers and stakeholders.

Conduct all of our activities in compliance with relevant regulations.

Avoid using divisive language in communication and refrain from working with communication channels that deliver divisive messages.

Avoid giving false information to the public and take action to correct any misleading news published outside the company’s intentions.

As Türkiye Sigorta, we will continue to build strong sustainability communication with our stakeholders and customers and work to create value for the future in line with our sustainability-focused growth strategy.

6. ENFORCEMENT

This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors and is reviewed at least once a year, and updated and published when necessary.

This policy was approved by the Board of Directors of Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş. on 03.03.2025 with decision number 18 and entered into force. When necessary, the policy may be amended by the decision of the Board of Directors.
