Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik Training Programs:
As Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik, we promote a culture of continuous learning to support the professional and personal development of our employees. In 2024, our employees received a total of 1,078 person*hours of training. In addition, through financial literacy and sustainability-themed programs, we aimed to enhance the sectoral awareness of both our employees and our agencies.

Financial Literacy

To strengthen financial awareness across society, we share informative content on various platforms to promote saving habits. Throughout 2024, through our Financial Literacy Training Programs, we contributed to expanding public awareness of insurance and pension systems, helping individuals look to the future with greater financial confidence.

Economic Support Through Insurance Products

Reaching all segments of society to provide financial protection and savings opportunities remains one of our top priorities. With our private pension products, we ensure our customers’ long-term financial security, while through the Automatic Enrollment System, we help employees develop regular saving habits.

Responsible Procurement

We prioritize collaboration with local suppliers by considering environmental and social impacts in our procurement processes. In 2024, Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik worked with 575 active suppliers and made total payments of 1,088 million TRY, ensuring sustainability criteria were observed throughout our procurement operations.

Sustainable Finance

Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik prioritizes environmental and social criteria across its investment portfolio. As of 2024, 2.6% of our portfolio has been directed toward sustainable financial assets, including green bonds, sustainable infrastructure projects, and environmentally committed issuers.

Ethical Conduct and Ethical Sales

In all our activities, we uphold the principles of honesty, impartiality, and confidentiality. In 2024, we organized Ethics and Compliance Training sessions to raise awareness among all employees. The sales activities conducted through our distribution channels are regularly monitored to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

 

 

The Health of Our Planet

As part of our environmentally responsible business model transformation, we strengthened our waste management processes by obtaining the Zero Waste Certificate. In 2024, 46 tons of waste were recycled, and 69% of our electricity consumption came from YEK-G-certified renewable energy sources, in line with our goal to reduce our carbon footprint.

Equal Opportunity in Education Project:
Scholarships and educational material donations were provided to students in need.

Sapling Donations and Green Area Projects:
In 2024, 7,047 saplings were donated.

Sports Sponsorships and Social Contribution:
Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik continues to contribute to sports and youth as an official supporter of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League.
