Sustainability Communication Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş., we view sustainability as an integral part of our corporate strategy. Our Sustainability Communication Policy aims to communicate our sustainability goals, practices, and commitments to all stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner. This policy covers all of our stakeholders, including employees, customers, business partners, and investors.

Conduct our branding and marketing activities in line with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria.

Organize training programs to increase the sustainability awareness and capacity of our employees and business partners.

Contribute to society through participation in social responsibility projects.

Conduct all of our activities in compliance with relevant regulations.

Avoid using divisive language in communication and refrain from working with communication channels that deliver divisive messages.

Avoid giving false information to the public and take action to correct any misleading news published outside the company’s intentions.

6. ENFORCEMENT

This policy enters into force upon the approval of Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş. Board of Directors. When necessary, the policy may be amended by the decision of the Board of Directors.
