Upon first registration to our Internet Branch or Mobile Branch, customers will log in using their Turkish ID number / Blue Card number / customer number or foreign identity number, along with a one-time password sent to the mobile phone number registered with our Company. For subsequent logins, customers will continue to use their Turkish ID number / Blue Card number / customer number or foreign identity number as their username and enter the password they have created themselves.
Depending on the features of their mobile device, customers may also access their accounts using facial recognition and/or fingerprint recognition technologies, in addition to their self-created password.
Customers acknowledge, declare, and undertake that the password they create is personal, that it shall be deemed as their explicit consent for all transactions carried out using it, that no additional written instruction shall be required, that they shall exercise due diligence and take all necessary precautions to keep the password confidential and prevent its use by third parties. As usernames and passwords are personal, they agree never to share them with any third party or institution, to immediately notify the Company of any suspicious activity, and that any transaction performed using the password shall be deemed to have been performed by the customer themselves. The Company shall not be held liable in such cases and shall not be required to obtain any additional written instruction from the customer for these transactions.
Customers shall be bound by all transactions carried out through the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch, provided that such transactions are conducted in accordance with the relevant instructions and guidance available through these channels.
Customers hereby acknowledge and accept in advance that the Company is under no obligation or commitment to notify them of the transactions carried out under this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to monitor and verify the outcomes of their own transactions.
The customer performing a transaction shall bear sole responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy, both in form and substance, of all requests and instructions submitted to the Company. The Company shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer or any third party as a result of inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by the customer.
Customers acknowledge and accept in advance that the Company shall not be held liable for any interruptions, suspensions, or terminations in the provision of services offered via electronic platforms due to malfunctions or other technical issues, nor for any service disruptions caused by server-related problems or other internet-based failures.
Customers may carry out remote transactions via the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch, including purchasing, early payment of due amounts, partial payments, and future due closures. Customers acknowledge and accept that such transactions shall be conducted via credit card or debit card.
Customers further declare and accept in advance that they will provide complete and accurate credit card or debit card information during these transactions, and that they consent to the storage and use of this information for the execution of payment transactions.
In cases where the fee cannot be blocked due to reasons such as insufficient funds in the customer’s credit card, invalid or incorrect credit/debit card information, or failure to complete a bank transfer in due time, the transaction will be suspended until the payment is successfully blocked or completed. In such cases, the customer will be informed via an error message displayed on the screen.
If this error message is not delivered due to technical reasons (such as power outage, internet disconnection, etc.), the customer accepts in advance that the Company’s internal records shall prevail and be deemed accurate and binding.
All copyrights relating to the information, materials, and their arrangement found on our Website, Internet Branch, and Mobile Branch belong to the Company.
