According to the regulation, inquiries for the 2026 period are only available from 01.02.2026 to 31.05.2026.According to Article 33/B of the Insurance Law No. 5684, which came into force on April 18, 2013, and the Regulation on Unclaimed Funds by Beneficiaries under Private Law Provisions as published in the Official Gazette dated October 8, 2013, and numbered 28789, if the funds that should be paid to the beneficiaries expires and are not claimed by the beneficiaries by the fifteenth day of June following the expiration date, such amounts will be transferred to the Guarantee Account or to organizations engaged in insurance activities under special legal provisions by the end of June.
