Stakeholder Engagement Policy
Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik is committed to managing an open, transparent and sustainable communication process with stakeholders. This policy has been developed to ensure that the expectations and needs of our stakeholders are responded to quickly, accurately and effectively. The opinions of our stakeholders are an integral part of our strategic decision-making processes.
This policy covers all stakeholder groups that are affected by and contribute to the activities of Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik. We interact with a wide network of stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers, investors, regulatory bodies, non-governmental organisations and media.
Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik always provides transparent information to its stakeholders and maintains open communication about our activities. We take stakeholders' opinions and suggestions into consideration and ensure their participation in decision-making processes in mutual co-operation. We attach importance to long-term and sustainable relations with stakeholders.
Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik Board of Directors is responsible for the effective management of communication processes with stakeholders. Each department maintains regular communication with its stakeholders and acts in accordance with this policy.
We keep in touch with our stakeholders through regular meetings, seminars and surveys. We use various tools (surveys, site visits) to collect and analyse feedback from our stakeholders. This feedback is evaluated in order to improve our company strategies.
The effectiveness of our stakeholder engagement processes is regularly reviewed and opportunities for improvement are evaluated. Stakeholder relations and engagement processes are disclosed to the public in Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik's annual reports.
This policy enters into force as of the date of approval by the Board of Directors of Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik and is updated when deemed necessary.
