Türkiye Sigorta AŞ ("Company") may, subject to the provisions of the legislation, make aid and donations to persons, non-governmental organizations, associations or foundations, schools, universities, public institutions and organizations operating in the fields of education, culture, art, environment and sports with an understanding of corporate social responsibility without being limited to those listed in accordance with the sixth paragraph of the fifth article of the Articles of Association.
The Company carries out all its donations and aids in a manner that does not constitute a contradiction to the Capital Markets Board's covert profit transfer regulations, in accordance with the Company's vision, mission and policies and in a way that does not disrupt its own purpose and subject matter, taking into account the Company's ethical principles.
The total limit of the donations to be made in each accounting period is determined at the General Assembly.
The conditions for making a special situation disclosure regarding the donations and aids made by the Company are as follows:
1. The amount of each of the donations and aids made must be at least 1% or more of the total assets of the last balance sheet disclosed to the public,
2. The amount of each of the donations and aids made is less than 1% of the last balance sheet asset total and the sum of these donations and aids reaches at least 1% of the last balance sheet asset total disclosed to the public,
In this case, the necessary exception explanations are made.
The Company informs the shareholders about all donations and aids made during each accounting period and policy changes with a separate agenda item at the General Assembly Meeting of the relevant year and discloses them to the public in its annual report.
