DISPLAYING UNETHICAL ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOR VIOLATING HUMAN RIGHTS

  • Projects involving one or more of the processes, services, products and activities that limit personal rights and violate human rights,
  • Cases where child labor is involved in activities where forced labor (1) or child workers are employed in exploitative or harmful activities - projects including production - (2) and in activities where child labor is prohibited as determined by national and international legislation

(1) Forced labor as work and services that are not performed voluntarily, which is defined in ILO (International Labor Organization) conventions, and performed by a person with the threat of force or punishment

(2) The minimum age limit for child workers must be defined as in the ILO Fundamental Human Rights Conventions and national legislation.
